Using a combination of PCR, cut&paste from plasmids and outsourced DNA synthesis, we can design and produce any plasmid you need for your experiments. This includes plasmids for overexpression or downregulation (shRNAs, etc.), plasmids encoding fusion proteins, reporters and mutant proteins and plasmids with homology arms for targeted integration in the genome, among others. The starting material (for instance, plasmids and genomic DNA to make homology arms) must be provided by the client (you can use Addgene). The product includes the plasmid, its full sequence and a detailed map. The price starts at 300 euros and depends on the complexity of the final product.
